Stop the vehicle immediately, contact local authorities (911), and report the incident to the rental provider. You should also notify TopTravelPlanners for assistance. Do not leave the vehicle until you receive proper instructions.
9. What happens if I return the car with less fuel?
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than it had at pick-up, the provider will apply a refueling fee, which is usually higher than standard gas station prices. To avoid extra charges, refill the tank before returning the car.
10. Can I add additional drivers?
Yes. You can add additional drivers during booking or directly at the rental counter. Each driver must present a valid license and meet the age and experience requirements set by the provider.
11. What should I do if I lose the car keys?
