By accessing TopTravelPlanners and using our services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or make reservations through our platform.
2. Nature of the Service
TopTravelPlanners acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent vehicle rental providers. We do not own vehicles nor directly operate any rental fleets. All reservations, payments, and final terms are managed by affiliated rental agencies.
3. Reservation Process
To make a reservation, the user must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information. Once vehicle availability is confirmed, the system will generate a confirmation email with your reservation details, rates, dates, and applicable policies. Any errors in the information you provide may invalidate your reservation, without liability to TopTravelPlanners.
4. Payments and Rates
The prices displayed on TopTravelPlanners are based on the rates provided by rental suppliers and may vary depending on location, season, vehicle type, and rental duration. State taxes, airport fees, optional insurance, GPS, additional drivers, and other extras may apply. The final total will always be shown before confirming your payment.
5. Deposits and Payment Methods
Most providers require a valid credit card in the main driver’s name to hold a security deposit. TopTravelPlanners does not process rental payments directly unless explicitly specified. Transactions take place through secure platforms operated by rental providers or authorized third parties.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified by the rental provider. Some suppliers may apply late cancellation fees or "no-show" charges. TopTravelPlanners is not responsible for refunds, as they are governed solely by the provider's terms.
7. Driver Requirements
All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license issued in their country of residence. International drivers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP). Minimum age requirements vary by provider but are generally 21 years. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25 (“young driver surcharge”).
8. Vehicle Pick-Up and Return
Customers must present their driver’s license, credit card, and reservation confirmation at pick-up. Returns must be made at the agreed location and time. Late returns may incur additional charges. Any changes to drop-off location or rental extensions must be approved by the provider.
9. Insurance and Coverage
Basic insurance (CDW, SLI, TP, etc.) may be included or offered optionally depending on the provider. Customers are responsible for reviewing coverage and deductibles before accepting any policy. TopTravelPlanners does not offer insurance directly and is not liable for disputes related to coverage or claims.
10. Acceptable Use of the Vehicle
Vehicles must be used only for legal personal or business purposes. It is strictly prohibited to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, participate in racing, tow other vehicles, transport illegal items, or exceed geographic limits without provider approval.
11. User Responsibility
The renter is responsible for all damages, traffic violations, tolls, fines, and any costs incurred during the rental period. TopTravelPlanners is not liable for losses, accidents, or negligence caused by the driver or any passengers.
12. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to external platforms or affiliate partners. These links are provided for user convenience. TopTravelPlanners is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
13. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall TopTravelPlanners be liable for financial losses, indirect damages, loss of profits, or any harm arising from the use of this website or rental provider services. Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
14. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, logos, designs, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of TopTravelPlanners or its business partners. Reproduction or use of any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
15. Changes to the Terms
